**About the role**

**What the role will offer**
- Respond to requests for assistance from BuilderNet© users
- Respond to enquiries relating to the Corporation’s policies and technical requirements concerning developments and refers contentious matters
- Provides information and advice related to provision of water services infrastructure
- Provide advice on the protection of water and wastewater services for major or complex developments, including assessment of fees and charges

**Key skills and experience**
- Considerable experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of the processes and regulatory requirements relating to the provision of water related infrastructure to the building and development industry
- Ability to interpret engineering and architectural plans
- Demonstrated good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of systems.
- Analytical and problem solving skills are essential along with demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a high volume work environment
