**Role Title**: Cyber Risk Manager/Senior Manager
**Location**:Sydney, CBD - 2 to 3 days in office
**Position**:Contract

**Your Opportunity**:

**The Role**:

- Join a team responsible for defining and monitoring controls.
- Embed standards and practices that support cyber security.
- Establish structured governance practices.
- Monitor emerging risks.
- Provide quality risk and data insights to identity and privileged access management functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Uplift risk and control management through enhancing and implementing cyber security policies and standards.
- Drive improvements in practices to support the rollout of cutting-edge technology capabilities.
- Challenge, identify, and oversee technology controls.
- Develop monitoring to support risk, compliance, and progress tracking.
- Analyse user access incidents and issues and provide guidance on best practices.
- Derive insights through analysis and challenge the resolution of audit and review outcomes to embed consistent practices.
- Represent identity management in cross-divisional initiatives, leading governance efforts to meet regulatory requirements and drive improvement opportunities.

**We're Looking For**:

- Experience in designing and testing technology risk controls through regulatory, assurance, internal/external audits, and IT security reviews.
- Familiarity with the technology landscape, infrastructure, identity management, and data.
- Experience in operationalising, designing risk frameworks, transformational change, and technology implementation.
- Strong project management, change management, strategy, and facilitation skills.
- A passion for innovation, curiosity, creativity, a focus on customer experience, and the motivation to grow your career.
