**The Opportunity**:
The role demands a proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is always seeking to improve their skills. You will be challenged with diverse and exciting tasks, ensuring that no two days are the same.

**You will**:

- Providing a high level of technical support on the Microsoft Office Suite and our practice management system (BST)
- Setup and approval of new assignments in BST and ensuring relevant terms of agreements are obtained
- Completing fortnightly project reviews to identify and flag potential issues to project managers
- Managing monthly project invoicing for the team to a high level of accuracy, including support on the administration of contracts, tracking of project budgets and monitoring of debtors
- Assisting the team with submissions and tenders as a Tender Champion in your studio
- General administrative support to the Design team, including coordinating expenses, diaries, meeting room bookings, catering, video conference arrangements, travel and marketing activities

**About you**:

- Experience in administration, preferably in a team environment
- An interest in financial project support and administration
- Strong personal initiative to work proactively with team members and clients to help projects run smoothly
- Brings a positive, ‘can do' attitude
- Ability to provide customer/client-service to a professional standard
- Ability to manage multiple requests on-the-go
- Ability to develop strong rapport with team members
- High attention to detail
- Be able to adapt to change at a fast pace
- Minimum Intermediate level MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
