We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and skilled Filipino speaking Support Workers who can cover day shifts to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the client with daily activities, including personal care, medication management, and mobility.
- Implement care plans, adapting to the client's needs and preferences.
- Foster a supportive, positive environment that respects the client's dignity and privacy.
- Communicate effectively with the client, families, and team members.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's conditions and needs.

**Essential Qualities and Skills**
- Understanding of the challenges faced by individuals requiring long-term care.
- Commitment to providing consistent, patient, and dependable support.
- Keen observational skills and willingness to engage in continuous learning and skill development.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a support worker or similar role preferred.
- Certification in a relevant field
- Ability to pass background checks and meet employment eligibility requirements.

Pay: $36.60 - $62.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4.5 per week
