Essential Qualities and Skills

  • Understanding of the challenges faced by individuals requiring longterm care.
  • Commitment to providing consistent, patient, and dependable support.
  • Keen observational skills and willingness to engage in continuous learning and skill development.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a support worker or similar role preferred.
  • Certification in a relevant field
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet employment eligibility requirements.
