Motivision Disability Services is a growing NDIS and aged care provider seeking a motivated **mature age **disability support worker to provide support work for our participants in Lidcombe and Granville, including home care, personal care, transport and daily activities.

The tasks within this role are varied and depend on participant needs, but require regular 3 hour morning and 2 hour afternoon commitment, with minor week to week variability/flexibility.

The following are **examples** of the tasks you will assist with:
Assisting participants with **personal care**, including possibly showering, bathroom assistance and mealtime support.

**Home care** tasks that may include assisting with house work and maintenance, cleaning, washing or cooking and home office duties.

**Community participation** duties such as taking participants out for planned daily activities, social engagements and group activities.

Assisting participants with **transport** including getting to appointments or therapy support, day-to-day activities and transport to education or work. **The successful applicant will have a car, valid driver's license and able to transport the participant as required.**

Tasks classified as in-home care include supervising or assistance with meal preparation, help with morning and evening routines
- experience with personal care, able to provide supports female participants and possibly male in the future
- can also speak Arabic

You will be working across Lidcombe and Granville.

Hourly rate: $26.96 - $38.11 per hour as per SCHADS award with additional penalties.
