We work with industry leaders including the AFL and its clubs, Rugby Australia, Netball Australia, Brisbane Broncos, Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs, Cronulla Sharks, Secret Sounds, Fuzzy Entertainment, Always Live, Lucky Ent and many more. Our headquarters are in Vancouver, Canada, where partners include teams from the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, CPL alongside Live Nation, BMG, Superfly, Netwerk Music, Danny Wimmer Presents and Outside Lands.

This role is based in Melbourne, Victoria (Richmond) and will require some attendance at our office.

**THE ROLE AND WHAT YOU WILL DO**

As our Customer Success Manager, collaborate with our sports clients on groundbreaking digital marketing campaigns. We want you if you're bursting with ideas for marketing projects, constantly nerding out over new digital marketing technologies and have experience building personal relationships with clients and take pride in their success. You will be expected to engage, retain and drive customer renewals and growth by ensuring our clients are able to achieve their business goals using our technology.

**HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME**
- Onboarding new clients and oversee the plumbing and setup of their accounts from start to finish.
- Ensuring clients are trained and adopting our product across multiple departments.
- Helping clients develop campaign ideas and digital strategies that employ our platform in creative, effective ways.
- Identifying risk, upsell opportunities and working with internal stakeholders to present solutions.
- Project manage custom development work for clients: documenting project scope and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Developing a thorough understanding of industry trends, best practices and business goals with a focus on how fan marketing drives business value and ROI.
- Conduct Business Reviews with clients and provide thought leadership on how to improve their strategy with our technology solutions.
- Manage partner renewals.
- Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to feed into the Tradable Bits product roadmap and growth plans.

**MUST HAVE SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education in communications, business, marketing sports management or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in marketing, account management or customer relations/support.
- Expert-level communication and presentation skills (speaking, writing, reading).
- Approachability and a sense of humour.
- Enjoys a fast-paced, agile environment and works well under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Professionalism, reliability, and tact: able to work with everyone from C-level executives to day-to-day users.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects while still meeting deadlines
- Experience with social media and digital marketing for business (this isn’t a role on the social tools, but having previous experience and exposure in the digital marketing space helps).
- Knowledge of the Australian sporting landscape is essential. We’re looking for people who love the game - AFL, NRL, NBL, Netball, Rugby - tell us what you love

**BONUS SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- Keen interest or work/volunteer experience in sport will be an asset
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Suite, Open Project, Asana or other project management tools
- Familiarity or experience with some form of CRM software (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Kore, etc)
