**About the Role**

This is a newly created role on the Vaccines Leadership Team, where you’ll be responsible for driving consumer strategy, through creating innovative and impactful consumer campaigns across the vaccines organisation.

You will:

- Be responsible for the consumer strategy across all consumer campaigns
- Manage the expenditure, and success of, consumer campaigns across all vaccines
- Ensure the effectiveness of marketing activities with robust measures
- Lead and develop staff through setting clear objectives and coaching
- Build strong internal relationships across Commercial, Legal and Medical teams.
