Are you a marketing professional with a passion for contributing to business growth and a customer-centric mindset? Join our growing brand and family-run business as the **Campaign Co-ordinator**, where you'll play a crucial role in delivery of our marketing campaigns and go-to-market plans.
In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Campaign Manager, based at our Abbotsford office (with hybrid work options). As the Campaign Co-ordinator, you will support the delivery of our marketing campaigns and go-to-market plans to our key customers segments, in collaboration with the wider marketing team and our sales and store operations teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to execute and co-ordinate delivery of marketing campaigns
- Support the stores and sales teams through the delivery of campaign assets, support materials and communications
- Delivery of campaign communications and assets to stockists and channel partners
- Coordination of marketing assets and collateral with external creative and advertising agencies
- Collate data, monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns against objectives, and measure and report on performance against established KPIs for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team, sales team, and in-store teams to ensure implementation of marketing initiatives across all store and stockist destinations
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Several years of demonstrated marketing experience.
- Proven ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Strong relational intelligence and the ability to build productive, durable, and trustworthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sense of fun, a team player, and willingness to be involved in the deeper story and hands-on activities of the business.
- Self-motivation and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to meet changing business and market requirements.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business).
