This is a newly created position with our Business and Agri Banking division. If you have experience in Transaction Banking this may be a great opportunity for you. The focus of the role is twofold:

- Provides insights and education to your stakeholders; and
- Direct customer interaction (business development, working with existing customer, etc).

As a Channel Manager Transactional Banking, you will focus on helping customers with their receivables, cash management and payables channels. You will look for opportunities to identify process efficiency for your customers.

Collaborating with relationship bankers and product partners, you will provide knowledgeable guidance on transaction banking to ensure client satisfaction.

It is important to note that this role will require regular travel to customers and business centres across your allocated region.

**As a Channel Manager Transactional Banking, some of your key focuses will be**:

- Participate in regional sales and service meetings to provide product and market insights.
- Create a pipeline of transaction banking opportunities and identifying cross-sell opportunities to assist our customers in flourishing.
- Research and propose suggestions for new product enhancements utilising market and customer intel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute effective localised sales, marketing, and engagement strategies for the benefit of customers, communities, and the Bank.
- You will get to travel as well.

This is a full time, permanent position, based in Sydney. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of two days in a local office per week.
