This is unique role with a family orientated office culture combined with the chance to work work alongside a supportive and respected Development Director and mentor. Great chance for an experienced DM to help deliver some iconic upcoming projects in the commercial/retail development and residential sector.

**Project Planning**
- Undertake research to present recommendations on product, product mix and strategy decisions.
- Assist in feasibility assessments.
- Ensure product is designed to meet the market, minimise risks and be able to be built efficiently.
- Assist in selection of consultants and advisors.
- Consult with authorities and stakeholders on project implementation.

**Management of Construction Process**
- Oversee the effective management of the Construction Process
- Value engineer design outcomes prior to tender.
- Arrange tenders and award of contracts.
- Value engineer outcomes with the builder shortlist and appointed builder.
- Manage and supervise consultants and contractors to ensure that budgets and targets are met.
- Coordinate defect inspections, practical completion / final completion and the handover process.

**Leasing Sales & Marketing**
- Contribute to marketing plans, development of marketing collateral, market research, pricing, product development, community development and implementation of sales & leasing plans.
- Manage the customer interface from pre-sales or pre
- leasing to post settlement.
- Manage post settlement contractual requirements including any works or incentive payments.
- Manage builder relationships.

**Financial**
- Maintain focus on maximising project returns through cost savings, design changes, marketing strategies, time savings and strong relationships.
- Prepare and maintain accurate budgets, feasibilities and project financial reports.
- Identify, manage and minimise project risks.
