**About the role**:
If you’re looking for an opportunity to contribute to all aspects of a residential development project and gain leadership experience by managing the various stages of the development lifecycle, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As the Assistant Development Manager, you will contribute to project strategy, support procurement processes, manage contractor agreements, prepare contracts, budgets, and progress payments, manage correspondence and participate in project meetings.
