**Position Outcomes / Accountabilities**
- Release Scheduling - Effectively managed the release schedule, ensuring it was approved by the appropriate bodies within agreed timeframes. Ensured releases were resilient and had the right level of communication and support from key business stakeholders.
- Testing Centre of Excellence - Provided leadership and support for a Testing Centre of Excellence with a consistent methodology enabling resilience across services.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Fostered collaboration with internal business stakeholders and architecture teams to ensure lifecycle management was planned and understood.
- Resource Planning & Optimisation - Managed resource allocation, led the development and implementation of resource plans that support the effective execution of Data & Digital projects. Managed resources across projects and continuous improvement activities. Departmental policies and governance frameworks have been complied with, budgets are met, and fit for purpose workforce plans delivered.

In this key position, you will be responsible for translating organizsational strategies into actionable workforce plans and ensuring your team’s effectiveness through robust test management practices.

A key aspect of your role is fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by leveraging client and stakeholder insights to enhance team and organizational processes. Your expertise in stakeholder management will enable you to address and reconcile complex needs, while your contract management skills will ensure effective oversight of agreements and performance metrics.

Additionally, you will focus on customer needs, tailoring services to meet specific requirements and managing risks to service delivery. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial, as you will be expected to explore new approaches and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.

**Qualifications and Experience**
**Mandatory**
- Appropriate tertiary qualification.
- 5+ years’ experience leading a digital technical support team.
- ITIL qualification.
- Cloud expertise and management.
