Partnering with a Not for Profit organisation located in Glenroy, they are seeking customer service professionals who are interested in working within the disability employment services team. They connect the community to provide a positive social and economic difference to all, with a focus on delivering employment and youth services to all. Working throughout VIC,NSW,ACT and Queensland, they strive to make a difference in people's lives
**Your new role**
You will be supporting the recruitment team with face to face and inbound enquiries as well as administrative duties. You will be an office all rounder with high attention to detail and enthusiastic about customer service. This role acts as a first point of contact for the community and you will be the face of the organisation. Speaking with stakeholders to encourage participation within the community and generating new business leads. You will provide an engaging and professional service as you guide people through their prospective career journey. This role is 4 days a week located in the office in Glenroy
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Customer service and phone based experience is desirable
- Ability to prioritise workload and be a self starter
- Passion for helping the community and working in Not for Profit
- High level of computer literacy and high level of communication skills
- Previous experience in disability employment services is highly regarded but not essential
