**Full Time Opportunity**

Our Change Management team focuses on the people side of projects and initiatives at Greenstone. Their focus is to assist employees with adapting to business changes by analysing the change, preparing and executing communications plans and ensuring training and awareness is provided to the impacted parties.

The role is a trusted advisor to Project Managers, Business Analysts and other various stakeholders to provide change management expertise for changes led by the Change Management & Technology teams.

The Change Analyst supports the successful delivery of the portfolio against the Greenstone Strategy, primarily through the design and implementation of effective change management solutions, to ensure all change is delivered, embedded and sustained effectively for our people, customers and the organisation in a timely manner

**What are we looking for?**
- 2+ years' experience in supporting large numbers of colleagues for technology-driven change programs (ideally) in a financial services organisation.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude, engaging personality, and demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all organisational levels.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to analyse information proactively to identify potential barriers to progress and address them before they eventuate.
- Highly self-motivated and organised with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven awareness of self and others with an ability to display emotional intelligence.
- Results driven with the ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities in order to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

**Desirable**
- Tertiary qualification or accreditation in a related discipline, e.g. Prosci, Human Resources, Psychology.
- Financial Services experience in a Change Management position
