Finance Transformation Lead

Exciting opportunity at a globally recognised company for a Finance Transformation Lead.

The role will focus on developing and implementing efficiencies and automation with a focus on the broader management reporting. Using Alteryx, you will elevate the company financial and forecasts in conjunction with the FP&A team and focus on BI tools, visualisation dashboards and data warehouse setup.

**Duties include**:

- Collaborate with the Data Analytics Team and leverage capabilities across the FP&A Team and the broader business in decision making process.
- Analysis of the monthly internal management performance results, including Management Profit and Loss Statements, detailed Production, Commission and Expense analysis/commentary, Distribution Channel and Market Segmentation Analysis and Reporting.
- Develop appropriate TM1 System/Reporting capabilities, QlikView and PCW Database training requirements and coordinate regular training for users across Finance and the business departments.

- Take the lead and manage a small team in developing and implementing efficiencies and autiomation the current FP&A and broader management reporting.

**Skills**:

- CA/CPA qualified essential
- A minimum of 7 years commercial experience in a senior role within a large company
- Advanced knowledge of VBA and Excel Macros coding, SQL and data visualization dashboards (QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau).
- Intermediate/Advanced VBA and SQL; strong database development and query knowledge including proficiency in SQL coding across standard relational environment.
