WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
- Working closely with the sales team you will support the sales function to assist them with their Pathology Laboratory customers to provide exceptional customer service and education.
- You will provide product demonstration support in Pathology Laboratories and other medical facilities, or via online platforms and deliver post-sales installation training and customer retention activities.
- You will support trade shows and other marketing activities when required and provide feedback to sales and marketing from the field and other relevant market intel to help marketing with strategic planning.

WHAT QUALS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
- Relevant degree / diploma in Science / Laboratory Science.
- 3 years’ experience within Anatomical Pathology Laboratory as either a Scientist or Field Applications Specialist
- MS Office software skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, and be very comfortable with Zoom, MS Teams and be happy to conduct online training, demonstrations and installs.
- Ability to travel within NSW and ACT with some interstate travel.
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work under mínimal supervision in an environment that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction.
- Demonstrated professional skills necessary to manage interpersonal relationships with team members, colleagues and customers.
