We are open to the type of person for this career position:

- You might be a technical professional who has extensive Mining Industry client networks wanting to make a change into a more client relationship success management-focused role and wanting to help existing Mining clients with technical engineered solutions.

Or

This person might be in a similar role Mining or Mining Services organisation as a technical customer support person with lots of Mining connections and contacts ideally who simply wants to make a change and to be part of a family business that values you and takes care of its people.

**Your career continued**:

- Based in Perth, WA
- FIFO once a month to visit various existing client mine sites
- Build rapport, strengthen your relationships with customers and develop an understanding of their business and solution needs.
- Identify client opportunities within accounts.
- Research - stay in touch with customer's needs, negotiate deals and offers
- Prepare customer insights and reports and monitor customer pricing.

- Self-motivated, driven and determined.
- People’s person who enjoy talking to clients and being genuinely helpful.
- Have a technical mindset and a high level understanding of technical products and solutions or a willingness to learn.
- Some proven experience in a similar customer or client relationship engagement role with Mining or Mining Services clients in WA or even sales support experience.

**Desirable Knowledge & Experience**
- Experience with technical solutions, electronics, engineering or similar products highly regarded but not essential.
- OEM Knowledge
- for example, Caterpillar, Liebherr Hitachi, Komatsu
- A network or understanding of WA Mining clients would be highly regarded but not essential.
