**About the role**
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant will play a vital role in the coordination and efficiency of the CEO’s office. In addition, the EA will work closely with members of the Executive Leadership team playing a key role in various strategic and operational projects.
**Key responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive and confidential executive-level administration, support and coordination to ensure the smooth and efficient day to day running of the CEO office.
- Coordinate meetings functions and events for CEO and other members of the management team
- Preparing paperwork for meetings, such as agendas, reports, presentations, action items and relevant documentation, including minute taking and distribution
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders as a point of contact for enquiries for the CEO
- Manage domestic and international travel and accommodation bookings for CEO and members of the management team
- Assist other executives within the management team as required
**About you**
- Current experience in an Executive Assistant role within a commercial corporate environment
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships cross functionally understanding the various operational needs
- Excellent problem solving capability with an action orientation and commitment to follow up
- High level of attention to detail and discretion
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
