Our client has a beautiful office located in Brisbane's Southern Suburbs and they have an opportunity for an experienced receptionist/administrator to to become their newest addition.
This is an office with a long standing and close knit team. Their rare turnover speaks to the exceptional culture. With a welcoming environment, exceptional industry knowledge and opportunities to progress, if desired, this is an opportunity not to be missed

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO...**
- Answering & directing calls
- Assisting in listing properties & updating details
- Preparation of Tenant welcome packs
- Database management
- Responsibility for maintaining keys and car registers
- Other ad hoc duties as required
**ABOUT YOU**:
- **Min 6-12 months experience Reception/Admin in Real Estate**:
- Must have or be completing Real Estate Certificate
- Natural enthusiasm and a go-getter attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional Personal Presentation
