**About you**

You will already have the "runs on the board" in your past experience as a Property Manager. You will embrace an abundance of positive energy and high-performing culture that this office is fast gaining a reputation for.

**Immaculate presentation, superior time management, and exceptional communication skills (both in English & Mandarin Chinese) are a must for this opportunity.**

Highly motivated and disciplined. Flexible hours and can work from home/anywhere independently. No micro-management. Getting the jobs done well and provide excellent customer services are all we ask for.

Ideally start with a part-time role to manage neat rental portfolio with high quality tenants, communicating with home owners both in Australia & China, successful managers will transition into a permanent full-time senior role and be fully in charge of the property management operation section. **Further to the above, you will need**:

- Current Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Fluent in Chinese and English - both written and verbal communication
- PropertyMe experience advantageous
- Highly self-driven and ambitious
- Minimum 2 years working as a property manager
- Thorough understanding of all applicable legislation
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding problem solving and people skills
- Reliable car and valid driver’s licence
- Meticulous attention to detail

**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Maintain rapport and close contact with landlords and tenants
- General end-to-end property management - setting processes and procedures
- Communication with landlords and tenants on a regular basis in both English & Chinese
- Addressing and resolving tenants' questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Inspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance activities.
- Back-end paperwork support including data entry and new file preparation
- Receiving maintenance requests and liaising with trades.
- General receptionist duties.
- Being able to work half day on Saturday for open homes.
- Actively identify business opportunities and work closely with business development managers to assist closing deals.
