Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in Retail finance? Our finance team has experienced exciting growth in 2023, and our office is buzzing with new faces and exciting projects. We have a new opportunity for an experience Accounts Payable specialist with experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Working alongside a committed and talented team, you will lead people and portfolios integral to the Accounts Payable function of the retail finance team.
More about the Role;
This is a newly created role that would suit an experienced Accounts Payable Officer looking to take their career forward with owning a high energy portfolio and leading and developing members of the AP team.

**The Senior Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for**:

- Performing all duties of the Accounts Payable function including:

- You will manage daily functions of the Accounts Payable across our Retail portfolio.
- accurate and timely processing of invoices
- undertaking payment to our suppliers, and
- ensuring all queries and requests are resolved in a timely and professional manner
- Be pro-active in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
- Lead and develop the reporting team members

More about You;
To be successful in this role we are looking for a level of expertise and over 5 years of experience.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and able to multi-task while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and contain highly confidential information
- Experience in a complex, fast paced business environment (Retail/Wholesale preferred, but not essential)
