**MANUFACTURING INVENTORY COORDINATOR**

Your Responsibilities:

- Take direction from the Operations/Production Manager as required
- Responsible for transactions in SAP to ensure accurate movement of semi-finished and finished goods in production
- Release and print all Production Orders in line with the Production schedule
- Oversee completion of MIGO transaction in SAP and labelling of all pack jobs, ready to send to Finished Goods Warehouse
- Print and distribute production work orders, utilizing the Master Production Schedule
- Liaise with Material Handlers to ensure items are picked in the required order
- Complete confirmations of manufacturing related work orders within 24 hours of completion
- Identify discrepancies and resolve issues with relevant parties in relation to confirmations of work orders, in a timely manner
- Perform stock movements in SAP, as required
- Maintain housekeeping in SAP, such as interim storage types 901, 902, 910, and 920
- Participate in weekly Stocktakes
- Ensure consumable stocks are replenished
- Report on old, open work orders
- Maintain data and prepare various reports for Operations
- Work with finance to analyze Production order Variance
- Assist production manager in explaining variance - production variance meeting (Thursday)
- Ensure Stock accuracy and perform stock take on shop floor location - Part pack/ Repack/ small pack/ Bulk Grease/ Bulk Tank
- Counting of IBC and pallets to ensure stocktake reconciliation is accurate
- Communication with planner to ensure the consumption of part pack
- Working with QA to ensure Quarantine stock being rework regularly

Qualifications we are looking for:

- Minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in a manufacturing role or similar role.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in SAP environment.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office programs, intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in MRPII, its set-up and maintenance, logistics, production planning and control, dealing with customers both internal and external, and in enhancing team dynamics.
- Previous experience in a company where customer satisfaction, quality manufacture, and meeting efficiency requirements are imperative.
