**About the opportunity**

Our People Services team is looking for a motivated People and Recruitment Advisor looking to grow their skills, knowledge and experience in HR and recruitment.

Our team operates in a fast paced, high-volume environment to provide accurate and timely HR advice and support the University’s administrative recruitment function and employee lifecycle across multiple campuses.

**What you’ll do**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service through the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate the development, implementation and management of internal policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes.
- Coordinate and support key People and Wellbeing processes, delivering appropriate advice as necessary.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A qualification in a Human Resources related field and/or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of People and Wellbeing management principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to customer service excellence.
- Effective interpersonal, resilience, communication and influencing skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary details**

Appointment to this role will be at HEO 4 or 5 based skill and experience level and will have a total remuneration package of up to $99,698 comprising base salary within the range of $69,646 to $85,212 plus 17% superannuation.
