**About the Role**:
Have you had years of office experience but have never been given the opportunity to get accredited and formally trained? We are seeking an individual after a challenging and fulfilling role in administration and accounts. This role offers a diverse range of tasks that will utilise and expand your skills and experience.

**DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**
- Daily bookkeeping, including processing of debtors and creditors.
- Filing and maintaining records, both electronic and manually.
- Managing customer bookings.
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service.
- Managing invoice payments from insurance companies and customers.
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Preparation of End of Month BAS & Super

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3-5 years of administration/accounts experience (MYOB Preferred).
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite

**TRAINEE INFORMATION**

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or New Zealand Citizen
- Drivers Licence (Provisional licence minimum) requirement
- Your own vehicle is required
- Not have any previous qualifications exceeding a Certificate III in Accounts Administration

Qualifications that exceed a Certificate III Accounts Administration will **not be suitable**.
