Description
The Global Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role within the marketing team, with responsibility for the Nuix website and all related content, UX and UI accountabilities, as well as the responsibility for Nuix’s social media accounts. The role works closely with all stakeholders within Marketing and throughout the business, to ensure that Nuix’s digital presence is cutting edge, compelling and differentiated from the competition.
Key Responsibilities

**1. Website Management**:
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's website with a focus on driving engaged traffic to the site to ensure a seamless user experience and up-to-date content.

Build and execute website pages, landing pages and support platforms. Collaborate with agencies, web developers and designers to implement improvements and updates.

Monitor website performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Key contact, with accountability for managing our web and digital agency partners to deliver on KPIs

**2. Social Media Management**:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Work alongside communication and design team to create and curate engaging content, including posts, images, and videos.

Analyze social media metrics to measure the impact of activities and make data-driven adjustments.

**3. SEO Strategy**:
Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve the company's search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO activities.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Key contact, with accountability for managing our digital agency partner to deliver on KPIs

**4. Campaign Support**:
Collaborate with the Go to Market team to understand campaign goals and objectives.

Provide digital marketing expertise and support in the creation of online campaigns, including campaign performance.

**5. Analytics and Reporting**:
Utilize various analytics tools to track website, social media, and SEO performance.

Generate regular reports that include KPIs such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing strategies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Seeking a high energy, digital specialist with 7+ years of experience managing content creation for a global organization.

Experience with updating content within content management systems (Drupal, Wordpress, Adobe).

Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow under pressure and to meet strict deadlines.

Proven ability to be a self-starter, and work in an agile, high-paced environment.

Up-to-date knowledge of content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies.

Proficiency in content marketing tools and platforms, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Strong collaboration and organisational skills to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or 5 years of content marketing and SEO experience

Design, video animation and HTML skills a strong plus.
