**Purpose of the role**

We are seeking a passionate and driven Master Data Process Improvement Manager to join us full-time based in our Global Supply Chain business in our new Global Head Office in Collingwood.

The Aesop Supply Chain Transformation strategy has a key foundational support of ‘Seamlessly Connected Systems’ to ensure that the organisation is positioned through systems, processes and insights to provide customers with the best possible experience.

Improved Master data management has been identified as a key workstream in supporting this transformation and will be critical to ensure ongoing business efficiency, whilst building solid foundations for future growth.

As the Master Data & Process Improvement Manager, your prime responsibility will be to act as the gate keeper for all key enterprise data. You will be responsible for the workflow, data validation, data entry and SLA’s/ KPI’s of that data and maintain, develop and implement master data standards, data governance and management processes to maintain data quality

**Key responsibilities:
**As a Master Data & Process Improvement Manager you are directly responsible for the detailed management and control of the business-related work streams, including:

- Ensuring master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
- Identifying areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
- Designing and Delivering tools (using automation and reporting outside of ERP) that can help the team govern master data proactively.
- Developing and documenting processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
- Supporting continuous improvement programs to drive improvements in the operational planning process
- Support educational programs of business competencies through best practice sharing.
- Supporting Aesop’s Data Lake and analytics team to integrate master data across multiple technology framework.
- Proactively encourage and undertake the technical know-how reciprocal sharing within the SC systems & data analytics team
- Delivery of project targets as required in a timely manner

**What we are looking for**
- Good level of understanding of automation tools ( such as Alteryx, power automate etc)
- Good level of knowledge of SQL, Power BI and NetSuite reporting techniques.
- Knowledge of database and data quality tools highly recommended, but not mandatory
- Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional and international team environment
- Proven track record of complex problem solving and pro-active process improvement
- A collaborative and effective communicator who is highly attuned to achieve commercial outcomes underpinned by excellent planning skills
- Strong sense of initiative
- Solid understanding of finance and supply chain operations would be highly desired
- Solid skills in data administration, design, and architecture
