Today, Moose Toys is now seeking a **Master Data Coordinator** to join the Data Governance team.

**Role Objective**

Utilize your strong administrative skills and knowledge of planning and scheduling to assist the Global Planning and Operations team to support the business to streamline communications and processes between local and overseas teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure data integrity is upheld and meets business rules, compliance, and internal audit requirements
- Execute Item Master Data creation & changes in ERP
- Conduct routine audits across systems
- Manage, analyse, and resolve data issues and revisions
- Assist in the creation and implementation of data standards and guidelines on data ownership, coding structures, and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data
- Provide advice and validation in relevant projects, where master data is concerned
- Maintain ERP & Systems Master Data Manuals and supporting documentation
- Maintain Data Integrity in the pricing reports
- Maintain Demantra Global Production Forecasts
- Work with the New Toy Planning & Product Management teams

**Key Capabilities/Skills/Experience**
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Previous experience working to support local and international partners/teams
- Ability to make timely and effective decisions
- Evidence of clear and analytical thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be proactive; have strong attention to detail; and deadline focused.
- Adapts well to changing circumstances and initiatives
