The City Winery group operates a working micro-winery sourcing grapes from across Australia's key growing regions, bringing them to the city where our winemakers create delicious wine. Our breathtaking, unique and individual venues provide our guests with memorable experiences including wine tastings, culinary masterpieces and amazing functions. Our Ardo's venues are focused wine stores operating as both a takeaway bottle shop and a boutique Cellar Door experience. Now at 4 locations and growing, this would be a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career.

**The Role**

We are currently seeking an extraordinary Store Manager to join our vibrant team and to lead our front of house staff to provide Ardo’s guests with exceptional attentive service. The key focus will be making sure our clients have the perfect experience in an environment that is warm, friendly and unpretentious so your passion for wine and delivering customer service is vital.

This role would be across multiple locations, namely our Graceville and Milton stores. Travel between and working in both locations would be required.

A little of what you will be doing:

- Take charge in all operational requirements including stock control, team leadership, recruitment, training, forecasting, and health & safety
- Effectively problem solve guest concerns to deliver an outstanding experience
- Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is a priority.
- Maintain superior quality standards in customer experience, lead guest experience improvements and champion the Ardo’s brand
- Use your creativity and innovation to identify improvements and maximise efficiencies in the venue.

About You:

- A pure love for everything related to wine and food
- Previous front-of-house management experience within a restaurant environment
- Availability on weekends is a must
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated professionalism and approach-ability
- Demonstrated wine knowledge, with a desire and passion to continue to learn & develop.

- RSA (Or ability to gain prior to employment)
- Rights to work in Australia

**Salary**: $68,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
