- To ensure the successful operational delivery of the ninth edition of this competition, we have set up a Local FIFA Subsidiary (LFS). Its aim is to improve the experience of over 1.1 billion people watching the FIFA Women's World Cup, by delivering innovative solutions across all operational areas.

- **FIVE Sydney/Gadigal based Accreditation Client Managers - Australia**

**Job responsibilities**
- The Accreditation Client Manager - AUS will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of the accreditation process of allocated FIFA constituent groups i.e. FIFA and LFS staff, volunteers, suppliers, media and broadcasters, medical personnel, host cities/host country personnel, inspection bodies, observers, commercial affiliates, safety & security personnel in Australia. Ensuring that FIFA accreditation processes are followed throughout the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 (FWWC2023) tournament.
- This role will involve leadership within the FWWC2023 entity Accreditation Department, reporting to the FWWC2023 LFS Senior Accreditation Manager - AUS, working together with the existing Constituent Group Manager
- AUS and collaboratively with FIFA Accreditation team members and colleagues in Australia, New Zealand, and Zurich.
- The Accreditation team has a direct impact on safety and security of the tournament. Not only does it affect operations, it also has a bearing on people's first impression and lasting perception of the entire tournament. It is essential that accreditation is managed and operated to the highest standards.**Job duties**

During the lifespan of the FWWC2023 LFS it is likely that the role will evolve with the changing needs of the tournament.
- Contributing to the success of the tournament by delivering the accreditation operations on time and to the required standards
- Manage the Accreditation Privilege Matrix in cooperation with FIFA Accreditation, in order to provide the accreditation holders with the appropriate accreditation device and access entitlements that enable them to perform their roles efficiently at the right place and the right time
- Engaging with the FWWC2023 LFS departments; communication and presentation of specific guidelines and supporting materials with regard to the accreditation process of their suppliers, for which the relevant project will be in charge
- Implementing accreditation policies and procedures, in accordance with FIFA Accreditation, in order to set rules that establish boundaries, limits or fully describe the operations and/or services
- Provide adequate training to colleagues from other departments in cooperation with FIFA Accreditation
- Working closely with the other members of the accreditation team to ensure all timeframes are met

**Qualifications & experience**
- Client Management and professional background in accreditation at major sports events. Experience in FIFA events is an asset
- Excellent communicator with a service-oriented approach
- Experience of developing procedures and policies for accreditation at major sports events and translating these into effective operational delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and under pressure
- Experience in building and directing project team members, and collaborating across a range of business areas
- Familiarity with event planning and event project management processes
- Fluent in English - spoken and written, other FIFA and other languages welcome
- Advanced IT skills including MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Visio & MS Project) and comfortable with using other IT programmes (MS Teams, Smartsheet, SharePoint

- The FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023 Local Entity was established after the two host countries were awarded the hosting rights to the world's biggest women's sporting event in June 2020.
- The Entity, with offices in Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau and Sydney/Gadigal, is tasked with delivering the tournament for 32 teams (up from 24 in 2019) in ten stadiums across 9 host cities in New Zealand and Australia from 20 July to 20 August 2023.
