A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Performance Specialist, reporting to the Field Operations Performance Manager, where you will be responsible for analysing the performance of the Internal Workforce who perform activation and assurance work on NBN’'s mixed technology networks (HFC, FTTP, FTTN, FTTB, FTTC).

A bit about your role

As the Performance Specialist the role will focus on internal workforce daily, weekly, monthly task level data to understand and discern opportunities for improvement in service delivery to NBN customers.

The Performance Specialist is part of a small team typically located in NBN’s regional offices.

You’ll be a member of a collaborative team, where you will contribute to, positively support and be part of a high-performance team culture to successfully deliver on the nbn and team purpose, strategy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

A bit about you

To be successful in this role, you will have to undertake data analysis to identify performance trends and insights to assist the leadership team to achieve better service outcomes for NBN customers.

This role will also require contribution to operational governance at a regional level.

Moreover, you will promote and drive compliance to NBN processes Identify and drive operational improvements to achieve Operational Excellence within the region.
