**About us**

Saigon Bakehouse Group commenced about 20 years ago and is involved in the bakery production and wholesale of a comprehensive range of cakes, pies and various pastries and bread-related products in the Greater Brisbane Metropolitan area bounded by the Gold Coast, Toowoomba, and the Sunshine Coast. We are one of the largest privately owned retail bakery operators in Brisbane and employ some two hundred staff members and operate two production centers and 12 retail bakeries.

With some 900 wholesale customers, Saigon Bakehouse supplies a range of freshly made products on a wholesale basis to coffee shops, clubs, bakeries, and hospitality businesses in the Greater Brisbane area as well as to its own 12 retail bakery stores in Brisbane suburbs.

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Sales Representative to join our team to service our Brisbane market.

**About the role**

Sales Representative will be responsible for servicing existing customers and building new business to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales and profitability goals effectively

**Responsibilities**

You will need to possess the following:

- Develop your continued understanding and knowledge of our products and brands, competitors' products & services, as well as general market conditions.
- Present, promote and sell our bakery products to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate effectively with team members and other departments on a daily basis
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Propose ideas to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Report to the Board of Management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Completing weekly and monthly reporting for your allocated region

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Have an unrestricted driver’s license.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to manage the sales process through the achievement of sales targets, management of gross profit and the development of business plans.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as be a team player.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Having previous experience in the bakery industry is a preference
