**About the role**

The Test Lead works within the Project Cirrus team within HammondCare at Home to support the delivery of Salesforce as the client relationship and case management system. The primary role is to identify and define test scenarios, write and execute test cases, define data requirements, working in the testing environment across Salesforce, as well as data integrations and data migrations between systems.

The Test Lead role works collaboratively across the project streams with our vendor partner and HammondCare IT teams to plan and execute end to end testing activities to ensure the solution is working as expected, data flows and migration are tested to the business requirements. This is both a planning and hands on testing role.

This is initially an 8 month contract role until the end of June 2024 to support delivery of Project Cirrus, with a view to extend beyond this term.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Identifying and defining test scenarios, test cases and data requirements aligned to business use cases and business requirements across multiple systems, including Salesforce, Epicor, iChris, Data Warehouse, Dimensions and others, this includes data integrations and data migration between systems
- Taking ownership, coordinating and executing testing across multiple systems, working collaboratively to achieve deadlines for the project delivery
- Defining test data requirements
- Participating in testing activities
- Preparing and maintaining relevant testing documentation including Test Plans, Test Summary/Exit Report, Approvals
- Defect Management - Defects resolution follow up, regression test evaluation, reporting and maintaining defect updates via defect triage meeting with project managers/stream leads
- Managing the testing resources for the test period including SME’s, Product Owner and resources from the business.
- Assessing and reporting risks to schedule or quality on project testing activities to the Project Manager

**About You**
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- Testing experience within an Agile delivery environment
- Knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives
- At least five years demonstrated experience in Test Lead role, or similar carrying out the responsibilities outlined above
- Testing experience in previous data migration and system data integrations
- Experience with JIRA for purposes of testing
- Proven ability to work in an operational environment that requires high level attention to detail.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and management
- Strong communication skills
- Strong coordination skills and proactive approach to drive outcomes to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as partof a team
