About the Role
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Actively contribute to business unit action planning, capability development opportunities and projects and initiatives, working collegially with team members.
- Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for senior officers, maintain diaries, and provide confidential secretariat support, including the preparation of agendas, minute taking and dissemination, and monitoring and tracking of action items.
- Maintain the region's record management system, coordinate and track the flow of correspondence, ensuring all items are actioned and approved within legislated and negotiated timeframes.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance administrative systems and processes, prepare spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, website content, reports, submissions, newsletters and other documentation to maximise effective service delivery to school and regional personnel.
