**Your part in our BlueCare team**
- The Hospitality Manager is responsible to:
- Lead, manage and coordinate Hospitality staff and coach Care Companions
- Maintain related service delivery standards, regulations and legislative requirements
- Manage the hospitality service in line with BlueCare’s Household model
- Manage hospitality budgets and financial outcomes

- Qualifications in management related field e.g. Frontline management, Hospitality Management or equivalent skills and experience
- Proven leadership experience, managing a diverse team
- Demonstrated understanding of Quality and Food Safety Standards
- Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
