We are seeking a school based hospitality trainee to join our team for front of house duties.

**About you**:
**You should possess the following skills/attributes**:

- Reliable and punctual
- Good time management, work ethic & attitude
- Great customer service
- Experience with food health and safety
- Able to work weekends and nights
- Reliable and hard working
- Passionate and interested in food, especially Mexican cuisine
- Experience working in a fast pace & high volume environment valuable although not necessary
