**About the role**

As the Head Host you will lead a team of hosts who will welcome guests into the venue, work aside our team providing excellent service to all of our guests, assist with enquires, orders and recommendations. It is imperative we have the right people at the front door, someone cool, calm and collected, someone with their finger on the pulse of all areas of the venue, who is able to deal professionally with guests.

**Tasks include**:

- Managing the host team
- The door experience
- Reservations
- Enquiries
- Hosting during services as required, which does include nights and weekends

**We would love to hear from you if**:

- Relevant experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
- A valid RSA
- The ability to work effectively iteam and maintain a positive, direct and open relationship with all colleagues
- A high standard of personal appearance
- Flexibility of working days during the week and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
