We're on the hunt for a savvy Admin Services Coordinator to join the stellar team at a leading legal firm specialising in employment, industrial relations, and workplace safety law who pride themselves on providing a premium service.
**The Opportunity**
As our Admin Services Coordinator, you'll be the glue that keeps the HR operations running smoothly. From managing HRIS systems to facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Partners in both Melbourne and Sydney.
Please note this role is a 12 month contract.
**About You**
We're seeking a tech-savvy individual with prior experience in an administrator/coordinator role and have experience navigating HRIS systems like Workday. If you've got a knack for data and love presenting insights, you'll fit right in Experience in corporate/professional services is a plus, along with polished communication skills and an eagle eye for detail.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate HR activities between Melbourne and Sydney offices, fostering seamless collaboration.
- Manage HRIS systems with finesse, ensuring accurate employee data and insightful reporting.
- Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes with finesse, from paperwork to exit interviews.
- Support performance reviews and remuneration benchmarking exercises, collecting and organising vital data.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including cultural data collections and presentations.
- Keep HR documentation up-to-date and compliant with regulations, ensuring smooth operations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, contributing to our HR function's effectiveness.
