**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Admin Trainee. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to start a career in administration within the construction industry. As an Admin Trainee at Peluso Group, you will have the chance to learn and grow alongside experienced professionals while contributing to the success of our company.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.

2. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.

3. Greet visitors and assist them with their inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

4. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

5. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed.

6. Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory.

8. Provide support to other team members and departments as required.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong organisational and time management skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Google suite.

6. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

7. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

8. Professional and positive attitude.
