**Here's what your day to day looks like**:

- Develop strong relationships with children at the service
- Ensure a safe environment is maintained for staff and children
- Maintain observations and records of individual children's progress
- Rostering
- Assisting with food preparations
- Sharing your creativity with the whole team
- Building positive relationships with children and families

**Essential Criteria**:

- Completed ACECQA approved qualification (Diploma level or above) in childcare, school aged education and care or similar, NSW only: Completed Child Protection training ‘CHCPRT025 - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk’ training (or willingness to obtain)
- Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (SITXFSA001 + SITXFSA002)
- Hold a valid NSW Working With Children check for Employees
- Police Check (issued within the last 6 months)
- Right to Work in Australia

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous OSHC experience will be highly regarded
