**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a proactive and personable Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with our customers to gather valuable feedback, improve their experience with our products, and build strong, lasting relationships. You will play a crucial role in collecting testimonials and developing case studies that showcase the success of our solutions. This role requires frequent face-to-face meetings with customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with customers to optimise their experience with our products, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
- Collect testimonials and develop case study materials to highlight successful implementations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, fostering trust and ensuring a positive ongoing relationship.
- Collaborate internally with teams such as Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer success, account management, or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet customers face-to-face.
- Proven track record of collecting customer feedback and turning it into actionable insights.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
