Guardian Childcare & Education Point Cook East boasts a range of exciting, resource-rich environments, including a community garden, bright welcoming spaces, and three large outdoor areas for each age group where children explore and learn.

Our Centre in Point Cook is rated ‘_Exceeding_‘ What does that mean? Every six months, our Centres are assessed by ACECQA, the national body with the responsibility for monitoring the quality of all registered child care centres in Australia. A rating of Exceeding National Quality Standard means that you can be assured that this Centre is providing an exceptional level of care and attention for your child.

Our long day care in Point Cook is ideally located for families in surrounding suburbs near Werribee, Williams Landing, Hoppers Crossing, Altona Meadows, and Laverton.

**Your Opportunity**:
✨ Lead the development and implementation of the curriculum.
✨ Support educators in delivering an exceptional educational program.
✨ Assess children's learning and development.
✨ Set clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice.
✨ Contribute to ongoing improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan.

**_To be considered, you should have:_**
- Tertiary Qualifications in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA) or a Diploma in Children services.
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
- Previous experience in the early years sector
- Valid Working with Children's Check for VIC.
