**The Company**:
A boutique Association based in Melbourne's CBD that are a national body are looking for an Event Administrator, Coordinator or Manager to assist the team for 6 weeks on a short term contract. The Association are not for profit and have a large membership base right across Australia.

**The Role**:
The Event Contractor role will report to the Acting CEO and will be responsible for assisting the Acting CEO and other team members with event duties, such as;
- Follow up photos, bios and dietary requirements for speakers
- Preparation of speaker briefing packs
- Scheduling speaker briefing sessions and sending calendar invites
- Researching event venues and obtaining quotes
- Creation and printing of delegate name badges, tent cards and certificates for upcoming events
- Printing documents for upcoming events (run sheets etc)
- Preparing event materials for courier
- Follow up outstanding invoices
- Create schedule for ongoing payments (insurance, subscriptions etc)
- Load and code expense receipts to ‘hubdoc’
- Other general admin duties as directed by the Acting CEO
- EventsAIR skills seen as highly desired for this contract
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Well-developed communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic working environment
