About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.
About the Role
Are you a recent HR graduate ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Look no further. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our People Services team.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing HR advice, guidance, and support to our people on a wide range of policies, procedures, and processes. You will have the opportunity to interpret and advise on employee entitlements and benefits, as well as provide advice on people matters such as probation, performance management, and training and development. You will play a key role in contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

- You will have some experience in an administration or customer support role post graduation.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or working towards) or equivalent experience in providing HR advice is desirable.
