Our client is a well established accounting firm based in the heart of Newcastle's CBD. **About the Role**
This role is one that will keep you busy and interested with no two days being the same. You will be working with staff at all levels including providing some EA support at Director level. Your duties will include:
- Undertaking a full function CSA role to support a team of Accountants including: collating of documents, scheduling meetings, ensuring deadlines are met, assisting clients with queries, updating database, liaising with the ATO and ASIC
- Assisting the Office Manager with general office duties
- Mail in and out
- Assisting with identifying areas for improvement in systems and processes
- Providing reception support two days a week
**About You**
You will be someone who loves working in team environment with a strong workplace culture. You will value ethics and accuracy. Ideally you will have had at least 3 years of experience working in the public practice accounting sector or the financial planning industry. You will also have:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to self motivate
- Positive disposition
- Great time management skills
