**We are actively seeking a Building and Pest Inspector based in Ipswich, to** **join us in either a full-time, casual or contracting position** to service our increasing customer demand.

- liaise with internal teams and clients for the completion of scheduled inspections, proactively managing your time and travelling between sites
- complete pre-purchase building, pest, dilapidation, depreciation, construction stage inspections and drug residue testing onsite
- be a voice for the customer, providing an exceptional level of service and care
- providing an exceptional level of service and care to our clients
**About You**
We are seeking qualified Building and Pest Inspectors with significant experience in the building and pest industry and knowledge of the Australian Standards and National Construction Codes.
- be a QBCC Licensed Builder and/or have completed a Cert IV in Building and Construction
- hold a QBCC ‘Completed Residential Building Inspection’ license
- have completed Pest Control Certificate including Units 8 & 10 for inspecting and reporting on Termite & Timber Pests (or be willing to complete this)
- for contracting positions have current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- hold a current Drivers Licence and your own transport
- demonstrate taking pride in your presentation, having a proactive attitude and an eye for detail
- have a proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and proven customer service experience
- be able to work both in a team and autonomously
