As **Marketing Coordinator**, you will manage the daily interaction with creative/media agencies and partners in Australia and New Zealand to execute sales campaigns, as well as maintain relationships with key tourism and airport partners. This is a ‘hands on’ position focusing primarily on the implementation of brand and sales advertising and covers many different types of marketing communications across a wide range of channels.

**Reporting into the Senior Manager, Marketing AU & NZ, your main accountabilities will include**:

- Liaise with agencies, suppliers and internal departments to ensure promotional messaging is consistent, accurate and on brand
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns - coordinate and deliver ATL, BTL and Digital assets, ensuring deadlines are met, advertising is accurate and legal requirements are achieved
- Support and coordinate elements of tourism and airport partnerships/relationships
- Support the rest of the AU & NZ Marketing team with execution of flights and ancillary campaign activity
- Support the rest of the AU & NZ Marketing team with overflow activity
- Maintain corporate and brand guidelines
- Maintain reporting of campaign results and filing of assets

**To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar
- 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role, in an agency or related industry
- Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and can multi-task
- The ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated and able to deal with multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- A team contributor with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Creative flair
