**Description**:
The Opportunity
Are you ready for an exciting and unique opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of Coordinator for Tenancy Supports and Community Engagement. This position combines two important aspects - providing intensive case management for clients at risk of losing their tenancies and coordinating engaging community programs under our resident engagement framework.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in community development, sustainable communities, or a social science discipline or lesser formal qualification but with substantial experience in case management and community engagement.
- Demonstrated knowledge of assessment, advocacy, and referral within a case management framework.
- Experience and successful track record in a comparable role or discipline(s) in the public/community, private housing sector or transferable sector.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in dealing with complex and challenging behaviours that may have an impact on achieving and maintaining acceptable individual and broader societal outcomes.
- Proven experience with developing and managing relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating tenant and community engagement programs that enhance the life opportunities for a diverse range of residents.
- Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office, Housing Management and/or Customer Relationship Management Systems.
