CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction, engineering and design space. We are recruiting for a Workplace Concierge r for an infrastructure business, in the CBD.
- Earn $30 - $35 per hour + super
- Work in a business with an excellent team cutlure
- Offices are based in the Sydney CBD - next to great cafes and restaurants
- Temp ongoing assignment

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet visitors, using the system SecurePass to keep record.
- Issue visitor access passes and coordinate contractor visits with building concierge.
- Setup meeting rooms, includes moving around furniture
- Telephonic support, transfer calls and keep the console database current.
- Provide support for all meetings including catering and an understanding of audio-visual equipment.
- Ensure the corporate kitchen is stocked across the week.
- Log maintenance tickets via the building portal where required.
- Support Services
- Works closely with the Operations Director and Group Admins to support day-to-day requirements.
- Holds weekly new starter inductions which include a floor walk and a providing a brief overview of the business
- Arranges quarterly staff photo sessions.
