Parramatta Medical and Dental Centre is seeking a full-time medical receptionist to join their friendly practice

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis.

The successful applicant will work alongside our friendly doctors, allied health & reception team. This important role will be the first point of contact for our patients and to ensure the smooth operations of all daily reception tasks.
- Processing of medicare claims and all private billings
- Excellent customer service skills and effective interpersonal skills
- Have excellent computer skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Ability to multi task and perform appropriately under pressure with attention to detail
- Prior experience with Best Practice software medical billing software preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- best practice: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
